1. Digital Products & Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of our courses and instant access to content, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase, and
- You have not progressed past Module 1 of the course
Once a student has progressed beyond Module 1, the course is considered accessed and consumed, and no refund will be issued.
2. How Progress Is Determined
Course progress is tracked through our learning platform. By enrolling, you acknowledge that accessing course content constitutes usage of the digital product.3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within the 24-hour period at admin@hersacredvoice.com.au.Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order confirmation or receipt
Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be approved.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests made after 24 hours from purchase
- Users who have progressed past Module 1
- Failure to complete the course
